199?-200? finding a game

i cant find my childhood game here is some description:
i play the game in 2005 when i was ten
i play almost all famaus rpg game or seen it all
its looks like baldurs gate 1
and all character can control separetly
its real time combat
each character can travel different map at same time when i select character and camera go to that map
there is no save system all auto (i am not certain)
when all my character die screen get grey but you can still move all around the map
when i restart the game , all character still dead
i remeber blacksmith with tons of weapon
my broteher say game cd color is red and have four or three character with woman

i check and play this;
dungeon siege
newer winter night
Gorasul
the fate 2003
etc
dont forget if you write in top 50 isometric rpg youtube video i already watch that
my game is not top game i think
i am looking for this game too long

what language did you play it in, and was it exclusively traditional fantasy? no sci fi or modern elements?

It doesn't fit all your points, but it fits some, and kid memory is unreliable. Perhaps it was Beyond Divinity? Only two characters there however.
